I'm flying through P90X, Day 52, KenpoX this morning, and the transformation is for real. I just want to say as in anything you want in life, it takes work, not just fiddle farting around with it either...but flat out tearing it up...I read this today from the CEO of Beachbody and wanted to share it, as it puts a fire under my butt to make help this company explode.
