Well this one came at a great time... I've been hemming and hawing about my fitness consultant business for awhile now. Kind of a crap or get off the pop situation with me. I have some big goals to accomplish and will never realize them if I don't get busy, all to often though I get in this analysis paralysis mode. Anyone ever been there? Let this quote fuel you... Fear has to acronyms.. You chose: Forget everything and run or Face Everything and Rise.
