Feet... My dogs are howling... Rest day... So I ran a mile and walked 2. 3.17 total. Felt good honestly. Just watched a show, and tuned out everything else, laughed a bit, and didn't have a care. Sometimes we just need those times to shut everything out for an hour or so. So I'm curious, what show or series are you currently watching?, what do you like about it?
